Congratulations to the San Antonio Spurs. Victor Wembanyama is about to leave.
While all 29 other NBA teams can't help but be at least a little jealous, there's no time to sit around sulking. The offseason has already begun for all but four franchises, with the 2023 draft just over a month away.
From free agency, to the trade market, to the draft itself, the summer rumors are growing, especially now that we know what each team will pick.
After the 2023 draft lottery, it's time to buy or sell the latest NBA offseason rumors.

After being eliminated in the second round by the Los Angeles Lakers, the future of the Golden State Warriors dynasty became unclear.
Between Draymond Green's impending player option, Klay Thompson entering the final year of his contract, and trying to balance the future with the present, there's a lot to sort out in the Bay this summer.
After Golden State traded James Wiseman at the deadline, another top-10 pick could potentially be in play.
Jonathan Kuminga, the No. 7 overall pick in 2021, was held out of the playoffs by head coach Steve Kerr after logging a career-high 20.8 minutes during the regular season.
So does ESPNZak Lowewrites, "judging from my conversations, strong interest in Jonathan Kuminga remains throughout the league."
Despite his modest stats this season (9.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 0.5 steals), teams would be wise to try to pry Kuminga away from the Warriors now.
Entering his third professional season, Kuminga won't turn 21 until October, but he's already a solid defender and one of the most athletic players in the NBA. His 6'8" frame is ideal for a modern wing, and Kuminga increased his three-point shooting from 33.6 percent as a rookie to 37.0 percent this past season. Despite being drafted a year early, Kuminga is still always younger than many of the top players in the 2022 class (Keegan Murray, Jaden Ivey, Benedict Mathurin, Walker Kessler, Jalen Williams).
Kuminga is the perfect player for a rebuilding team to bring in and grow into a bigger role. The Warriors should protect him and find more minutes for the G-League Ignite alum at all costs.
Buy or sell:Buy. Kuminga still has insanely high potential and would thrive in a bigger role.
The Mavericks will "explore the market" for the No. 10

The Mavericks were one of the big winners of the draft lottery, as their top-10 pick means they can keep him thanks to protection in the 2019 Kristaps Porzingis-New York Knicks trade.
Whoever they pick may not be wearing Dallas' hat for much longer, as the Mavs are very much in win-now mode and looking to upgrade the roster as soon as possible.
Like Yahoo Sports'Jake Fischerit says:
"There are other teams already eyeing rival executives as potential trade candidates. Dallas avoided disaster by placing its top-10 pick at No. 10, and the Mavericks are certainly expected to explore the market for that pick in hopes of adding to their All-Star selection the backcourt of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, the latter of whom will become an unrestricted free agent this summer."
This should not be surprising.
The Mavericks can't afford to be patient and develop a rookie who will become a key player in the playoffs alongside Doncic - not after this team has crashed and burned over the last few months of the season.
Dallas needs to pay Kyrie Irving given how much they sacrificed to get him and should now try to package the No. 10 overall pick with some salary to get a high-level starter in return.
While Dončić still has itthree seasons and $129 millionwhile he stands by his contract, trade requests are now being made years before the free air of today's stars.
At this point, it would be a surprise if Dallas actually kept the pick -- a pick that will eventually end up in the hands of another franchise.
Buy or sell:Buy. The Mavs don't have time to develop another rookie because Doncic is entering year 6 and Irving is now 31 years old.
The Suns expect Chris Paul to start as the starting point guard next season

The Suns once again melted down in glorious fashion finishing the season in the second round and are now looking for a new head coach after the firing of Monty Williams.
While Kevin Durant and Devin Booker seem secure, the rest of the roster shouldn't be looking for new real estate in the Valley just yet.
Chris Paul's future as the team's general manager is (currently) certain, as the Suns are expected to fully guarantee his salary next season, according to Bleacher ReportChris Haynes.
As Haynes goes on to write, "Paul, 38, is guaranteed just $15.8 million of his $30.8 million salary if he is waived before the June 28 deadline. Phoenix still retains some flexibility with the decision, but the franchise is currently I think Paul will play as the team's starter next season, sources say."
Guaranteeing Paul's salary is a smart thing to do, but the key word here is "current" when discussing the veteran's role for the fall.
Time is not on Paul's side and the Suns must know this. If Udonis Haslem and Andre Igudoala retire this offseason, only LeBron James and PJ Tucker will be (by one day) older than Paul among all active players. Paul also suffered a groin injury in Game 2 against the Denver Nuggets after previously missing 23 games with the regular season injury.
Let's not forget that Phoenix already tried to trade Paul in an effort to improve the point guard position.
Haynes reported in February that the Sunshe offered Paul to the Brooklyn Netsin a deal to try to get Kyrie Irving. By guaranteeing Paul's salary, he now has the right to trade instead of losing some money and getting nothing in return.
Buy or sell:Buy Paul as the starter for now, sell that he's still the starting point for the Suns for the next playoffs.
The Blazers could stage a "Bidding War" for the third pick if Scoot Henderson goes down

Portland won't get a chance to draft Victor Wembanya, but that doesn't mean the lottery was a disappointment. The Blazers moved up to No. 3 overall, the highest pick they've had since winning the 2007 lottery.
While No. 1 Wembanyama is headed to the San Antonio Spurs, G-League Ignite player Scoot Henderson, the presumptive No. 2 overall pick, is not barred from going to the Charlotte Hornets with LaMelo Ball already leading the way.
This could work in Portland's favor.
Like Yahoo Sports'Jake Fischerwrites: "The Blazers have the most coveted commodity. Charlotte jumps to the second pick, a move from the fourth-best prospect, presents an interesting dilemma and what some league officials see as a suboptimal matchup between Henderson and reigning All-Star guard LaMel Ball. That could lead to the Hornets they select (Brandon) Miller instead, which could allow Portland to maintain a bidding war for teams hoping to acquire Henderson's services.
There are several teams picking below Portland (Houston Rockets at No. 4, Orlando Magic at No. 6, Washington Wizards at No. 8, Utah Jazz at No. 9) that would be interested in having Henderson join them in the backcourt.
While Portland could choose to keep the roster and start rebuilding, the team still prefers to build around Damian Lillard, who will turn 33 at the start of next season.
"We're a team that's trying to win and maximize Damian's time. It was an important night for us," Portland general manager Joe Cronin said of Fischer. "Front offices around the league really appreciate this design, so you'd think a lot of the teams that were [on the podium] tonight would get a lot of calls from teams trying to move up and maneuver."
The Blazers could immediately trade this pick for win-now help, or simply agree to move down the draft board, picking up additional assets along the way to use in a future trade.
For now, the No. 3 pick appears to be in play and will only become more valuable as Henderson outperforms No. 2.
Buy or sell:Buy the bidding war for the third pick if Henderson is still there, sell if it goes to #2.
The Rockets think James Harden will leave Philly for Houston

There is a lot of smoke surrounding the reunion of James Harden and the Houston Rockets.
Given their projected record in the league59 million dollars in a large space, the Rockets could sign Harden outright this summer. Harden could also meet with Houston, receive a mega offer and then ask the Philadelphia 76ers to match as part of a leverage game.
Regardless of where his true intentions lie, Houston believes he is the right candidate to sign the 10-time All-Star.
"I don't know what Harden is going to do," ESPN saysZak Lowehe said on The Lowe Post Podcast. 'Only God knows. I don't know what the hell James Harden is going to do.'
"The Rockets think it's coming, but go ahead," ESPN's Tim MacMahon responded.
I know the Rockets think he's coming, Lowe said.
Unless Houston plans to trade some of its young talent for veterans and spend all $59 million on Harden and another star, this partnership will remain meaningless. Despite his incredible talent on the court, Harden has never been known for his leadership, which this young Rockets team desperately needs. Adding a ball-dominant quarterback won't help the growth of players like Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr., Kevin Porter Jr., Alperen Şengün and others either.
Firing Doc Rivers should only strengthen the case for Harden to return to Philly with that in mindrumors about his accidentwith an experienced trainer.
If Harden wants to win, the Sixers are still his best option with Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris and others — not a bunch of players in their early twenties coming off a 22-60 season.
Buy or sell:Sell Harden on possibly signing with the Rockets, even if they really believe he will.
